Who Qualifies?
The Matthew Gaffney Foundation is interested in highly motivated students whose family income qualifies them for free lunch in school. Many of our fellows live in public housing The objective of the Foundation is to extend this service to qualified students in public schools as well as scholarship students in private schools. Only those students who meet the Foundation’s high standards of motivation, integrity and commitment to excellence are accepted in the program.

The Foundation Does Not Work Alone
The Matthew Gaffney Foundation works with other organizations whose goals are to assist economically disadvantaged secondary school students. We are currently working with the Shepherd’s organization and are always interested in establishing relationships with other organizations who share our goals.
