Meet The Board of Trustees
Margaret G. Benedict, Ph.D
Founder and Executive Director
Dr. Benedict is a professional educator who has spent over twenty years working with students at the secondary school and university levels. Holding a Ph.D. in 16th century English literature from Lehigh University, Dr. Benedict has taught college level English at several universities. Her work has been published in many professional journals and she has presented papers at numerous international symposiums. She is a Professional Member of IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association) and a Member of NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling).
Barbara Dubiel
Healthcare marketing professional. Graduated from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and Northeastern University with a BS in Health Science.
Toby Tetebaum, Ph.D
Toby earned her doctoral degree in Social Psychology and Research Methodologies at NYU. She has been an educator for over 50 years beginning as a New York City Elementary School teacher, then as a Professor at Fordham University in the Graduate School of Education along with consulting to schools and businesses with her own company, Toby Tetenbaum Associates. As a social psychologist, her lens is focused on people in their organization: primarily, leadership, organizational behavior, and change .
Edward William Massey
Author, BA, Yale University 1964; Munich Law School 1965, and MBA, Harvard 1967
David Carter
David joined our board in 2023 and has a keen interest in how education can provide opportunities for all. He has spent over 20 years working in financial services most recently as a Managing Director at JPMorgan in New York City. A first-generation college graduate, he holds a BS from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
